I think you failed to look at the referenced website...

I didn't mention anything about modifying the 3rd party author's content nor modifying their article's title.

Here's what I wrote:

<blockquote>"...You can see what I’ve done on my resell rights blog. Basically, I’ve taken a pre-written article and created 200ish supporting words that I’ve placed above the article..."

"...In addition to that - I didn’t use the article’s title as the title for the blog post - I have my own unique title & even URL (cuz I’m using a SEO friendly title element plugin)..."
</blockquote>

And, if you had looked at the website I referenced, you would have seen this:

<blockquote>"...Here’s a guest article explaining one of the many methods that you can use to make money with resell rights products. Please forgive the poor formatting - this is how the article was formatted, and I don’t have rights to change it..."</blockquote>

I left their title intact - and you can see it highlighted on the referenced page. As one who uses article marketing and one who was at one time a full-time web content writer, I get annoyed by people who take my work without giving me my credit. I didn't even change the formatting of the article, as crappy as it was.

I have yet to notice an article directory that states each syndicated article must be placed on a unique page using the article title as the title element of the 3rd party web page - All I have done is taken an article that is listed in an article directory and added it to a page with some other content on it - I haven't modified a thing.

I just wanted to clear some things up... cuz it seems in your endeavor to get a backlink (which I modified your "name" for you - I don't think your name is "free article directories", I was going to put "free Norwegian cruises"... but I thought it a bit much) you misinterpreted what I had written. Probably not intentional... but still - I don't think you really read what I wrote before posting your comment.

It's indeed an adventurous idea, but the fact that you are going to use articles from other people and then place them on your website (changing the title, adding some contents to it) is one way of plagiarism - and it isn't good. However, like you've said, it's just something like a try-out for you. :)
