Massive Website Updates

I’m going to be doing a massive update to this website… while I would probably like a major overhaul on the design… I’m talking about something different.

I’ve recently reconnected the web-based tools section and the free scripts section of this website, and I’ve also removed Recaptcha from this blog in favor of a more user-friendly solution that came with the default installation of Wordpress, Askimet. I’ve never used Askimet, but I’m hoping I don’t have to spend much time deleting spam comments… Recaptcha cut down blog-spam to only 2-3 per day.

I’m also going to open up a number of freelance services here, right from this website. I’ve got a lot to offer and I think it just makes sense to offer services straight from the website bearing my own name.

I’ve also got two new additions to this website in the works: a free meta-tag generator and a professional-grade self-hosted link tracking script. They’re both in development stages and the meta-tag generator will be the first to show up here in the web tools directory.

That’s it – this was only meant to be a notification to those who are subscribed to my feed.
