Updating the focus of the website

This website has shifted in focus more times than a go-cart rider jolts his steering wheel trying to avoid the bucket of golf-balls that spilled on the track. . . but I am aligning the focus of this website to the topic I know best: web content writing.

I know that freelance writers need writing jobs, and I do know how to find them easily. . . but it’s just too much to try and update this website with new writing jobs, especially when there are websites like this one that already do a great job at listing writing jobs.

So, this website will be shifting focus from being a supplier of writing job listings to supplying tips, tricks and techniques that will be beneficial to web content writers.

This just serves as an update about this website; I think that once I have things in line with what I initially set out to pursue, that the updates will flow more regularly. I shifted the focus to freelance writing jobs simply because it wasn’t too difficult to rank for it in the SERPs (search engine results pages). . . but I lack the motivation to continually add writing jobs to this website, but there is motivation for the other.

Anyway, here’s to (hopefully) more frequent updates.

Ah – as a sidenote; this website’s header graphic will reflect “freelance writing jobs” until I get the chance to change it.
